I prefer to use the simplest possible words have everything be you know kind of as clear and simple as possible I don't want to make stuff really complicated. This meets every expectation I have for simplicity it's like playing to win where to play how to win this is make a promise to the customer projected fulfill it those are not complicated words anybody should know what they are but people care deeply about promises. We're hardwired to respond to someone who makes a promise and then keeps it versus someone who doesn't right?
