Do You Need Supplements to Lose Weight?
The fitness industry is feeding you that in order to lose weight, or really even gain weight, is that you need supplements. I like it in the sense that it gets you more buying. It helps you change your identity around it. But do you need it? Absolutely not. Is only gains weigt the last few years.
