Acute Transfusion Reaction
In acute transfusion reaction setting. The other place at's common that doesn't usually get ordered by a dock, but in the end will be delayed transfusion reactions. Those are generally where the patient comes in, you know, they got blood two weeks ago, and their hemigal ones back down. And so the order comes to the lab for two units or one unit, whatever. You do the work up, and now you find there's a new anna body present. So it can kind of give, it can kindof give the answer where where one wasn't present before.
