I'm Not a Therapist and What We're About to Do Is Not Therapy
The first thing that I really want to presence here is that I am not a therapist and what we are about to do is not therapy. There's always risks that we we unearth traumas that we make changes that may not be fully ecological or that you know at the end of the session you're in more a little bit more of a heightened state right so I just want to confirm with you you understand that I'm not a therapist this is not therapy that there are some risks to this.
