I'm not saying that's what's happening in kitchens or anything, but I'm saying that is the argument for me. We sit on a couch right now and be like, I got a great idea. Well, you know what? Why are quinkies and Coca-Cola, why can you again trademark that in the recipes, but you can't do anything else? And again, for anyone that says otherwise, hey, they should be no trademark or IP protection in food, you should feel the same way and be consistent about everything in culture. These are the same people that say food shouldn't be more expensive.
