The Importance of Resistance Training vs Cardio
Resistance exercise training has been shown to produce great health benefits, certainly in terms of the a maintenance and development of lean body mass. And so when you look at individuals as they get older and they become more a prone to frailty and a not being able to live independently, i would say a resistance exercise would be my primary a emphasis there.
