The People Pleasing Part of Conflict Aversion

It's more fun to be with somebody who shows up authentically than in a way that makes them believe you're somebody that you're not. Most people want to know the real person. They don't want someone who just agrees with everything they say, even though there are people that might like that. But then what they end up realizing is this other person has no variety. What happens to a relationship with no variety? It just gets dull. It gets stale. There's no variety whatsoever.
