meditation is not to become a better meditator. It's just to get you out of that state, pulled back into that alpha, that singular focus,. That's why breath like that. Ooh, I need a breath where you're breathing in kind of that Darth Vader voice and you count for five seconds in, five seconds out. The idea is like you're aware of the amount of chatter. If you can't calm the mind down, that's okay. But if you find it difficult, that's good. You are able to go from one practice to another.
