How Do You Manage Your Dependency on SAP?
For the first couple of years, we got virtually no business from SAP. We had to go find our own business. From a partnering perspective, we were technologists implementing their stuff. But in terms of kind of relying on them to grow the business, we weren't as much as you normally would in a supplier kind of relationship like that. So when we started out, it was pretty much time and materials for most of those folks. Pretty healthy bill rates. And then 18 months before we decided to sell the company, we really started to move into some recurring revenue type of service offerings.
