Is There a Fat Composition in Endurance Training?

As intensity increases what these with this research doesn't show is that fat metabolism turns off. It may decrease slightly but it does not turn off this whole system of switches and faders, right? I just want to nail that home. Oh even a super high intensity, maybe at and even above VO2 max there's still some people who argue that though minimal there’s still some contribution from fat. But back on track with the particular fats these fats are they're trainable and this is one of the major endurance training adaptations one of the things we pursue whether we're aware of it or not.
