The stimulus duration is essentially we have a workout. We trigger the stimulus, but then we've got to process that stimulus in the post workout period. The key characteristic of the catabolic phase or what I call the dissipation phase because we can talk about all kinds of adaptions, not just hypertrophy. And then overlaid on top of that, our third factor is then whether we got fatigue or not.
