Running a Marathon

The marathon is a 20 mile warm up and ten k race at the end. Something i always advise talking about race strategy, especially in those middle miles when you're holding the same pace - it's going to feel increasingly harder as the miles go by. Your effort is going to increase just a little bit. It's not going to because t'd be great if we could just settle into the same effort and the same pace, but the way that our bodies work, something has to give.
