I do think that there's an argument to be mindful of the saturated fat from industrially produced meat. But when a cow, for example, is grass fed, grass finished, it's got higher levels of steric acid. I like to focus on what we're focusing too much on: macro nutrients and micro nutrients. It's not usually very productive to focus on single nutrients in isolation because people tend to eat whole foods.
