I love that you moved it to the afternoon because that's when it seemed to actually fit into the rhythm of your life. You kind of, you took it outside of the box and you found the time that worked best for you. I have two alarms set on my phone for three 50 and three 50. And there's, I feel like there's beauty and being able to help those folks that come that super early,. They're usually type A people they're like, I'm going to get up. It's trial and error with the teenager. Oh, it's a trial and error for all of us for the rest of our life.
