The goal, of course, is to wean them off the belt. But if you want to win powerlifting or Olympic lifting, go get yourself a belt. You mentioned the big three. Could you say a little bit about your research on what type of short term changes it makes in the body? Is it lasting? What can we expect? How long do those changes last once we do the big three exercises? All right. I like that it depends. It's a perfect, perfect answer for that. The choice of exercise is the way that they're done and the way that their program is important.
