Is Your Body Trying to Control Your Weight Loss?
To lose weight, you have to take in fewer calories than you burn. Unless you are working out a lot, you are probably not burning enough to make a real difference. A half hour on the treadmill might burn 350 calories, but then a lot of tend to think, i just worked out, i deserve a whole piza. That piza almost certainly contains more calories than you just burned. Your body's compensating by maybe eating more calories or you're you're compensating for the rest of the day.
