Is There a Value to Over Training?
When i start moving past three weight workouts a week, i begin to drift into over training. I can lose inches off my waist line in just a few days by eating the foods i should eat and not not beating myself to death in the waiting room. The other sign of overturing for me is i get tebthese big bags oundef my eyes, because i'm always kind of focused on working out. And when it's time for me to meditate, mentally, i have a fight in my head, because part of my brain thinks it's too much work to meditate.
