I try to strike up conversation, provide it out of the time, whenever I can. If I'm grabbing coffee with my like, you know, the person who delivers my mail, the people behind the counter at the gym I go to when I check in. And they accumulate those little hits of well-being. It's a great strategy. It gives you like a little hit of dopamine. You can't buy happiness? You can. You can. Yes. Up to a point.
