Hypnotherapy - What Kind of Benefits Do You Have?

Bob Greene has been in therapy for 16 years. He started hypnotherapy three months ago to see if there was some sort of different outcome from hypnosis. When you go to therapy, there's like a flood of emotions that come out and then you kind of come home your spouse and talk about those things. But every time I leave hypnotherapy, I feel really positive. The longer that I go, the longer that I stay in that sort of positive vibe after going.
