In the early days, I actually built most of the systems. But what happens is the company progresses through different phases. Those systems all need to be re-architected for a different scale. Like when we had, you know, a thousand people in our database, that was one thing. We had a thousand people a day probably today. So your exec has to both administer the system and ensure it's architected for the next phase along.
