The Importance of Prioritization in Hypertrophy

Even if we look at the data on prioritization and hypertrophy, the formal literature doesn't show much of an effect for hypertrophy. It's not like we have any data to suggest that more meticulous tracking will necessarily lead to better gains. But as long as they're progressing over time, even if they're not necessarily tracking them meticulously, I doubt that they would see any substantial differences in muscle growth. And just to double down on that last one, the definition of full range of motion is sometimes different.
