I saw the activation of great clinician talent in my colleagues and now looking back over 10 years later, I think that's one of the most transformative aspects of all of the funding that's happened for new models of care. And since then I've worked in the full risk value based care kind of world through care and more inspired now, humanity and our primary care group. But you have to have some irreverence for the traditions of health care and be willing to really look at it from a first principles perspective.
