I was actually thinking of surprising you and having my job announcement go up this morning. I'm like, oh, we'll talk about it now. But that didn't work out because I'm taking this very seriously. And so I scheduled a business trip to a colleague on the continent to schedule a whole in person meeting to talk about hiring.
