How Did You Know You Could Make a Product?

We had gray and white packaging. Many times people criticized it in the early days, so it was ugly. And we felt it was utilitarian and that was the image we wanted. So we stepped forward with no jars, only bottles and tubes. We didn't have sort of pink jars with gold tops and pink boxes. A packaging looked pharmaceutical. It's like made in a lab sort of clean.
