The Challenge of Making a Challenge
When we are developing a new feature, which will become a live ops, we are trying to give certain KPIs about first of all, to categorize it. So we are really putting a KPIs in numbers and in percentage, how each feature are going to increase our initial KPIs. Then we are putting it on live. I think that it's becoming perfect after something like four even five iteration when you are really learning with our segmentation,. You can have a live ops for a few months and each time you will change something small and you will see it's becoming better. so it's like all the time, it's continuous working on it.
