How to Scale a Restaurant Group

Noodle Bar opened in 2004. The idea that someone understands the difference between Cantonese and Sijuan food, I think is really gone national. However, the pantry and the quote unquote, ethic aisle has not reflected that. We're definitely still learning and we're excited to have city and Melissa and everyone on board to really take us to that next place.
