Technology Is a Double Edged Sword

I believe it's been more and more technology giants' practices that maybe are making technology a little smarter than we are. What I don't like out there today is that there's this myth being perpetuated that somehow their algorithms are controlling your mind, it's hijacking your brain, it's addicting you. That type of language has been found to be actually not only inaccurate, scientifically untrue, but also damaging because what this tells people is exactly what the tech companies want them to believe,.
