How Do I Get Out of This Addiction?

The pain of the suffering, in my opinion, is less than the chronic pain of being like addicted to a terrible relationship. We have to really notice that and disengage from all of the steps that come before that feeling because they're very it's like they're so nuanced we probably couldn't even identify what they are. And for you people in particular, I think like, I do think medication would be helpful. And also therapists, psychiatrists, both.
