I was curious what that protocol looks like for sleep. Are they using it like right before they go to sleep like right before bed or should you like use it maybe a couple hours? Like what's the typical protocol there? Because I've, I typically like to avoid anything, a lot of use of basically any type of technology just because I'm always concerned this is going to jolt my system into like go mode.
