You can't force someone change. You have to be able to hear the pain points and then invite by choice. I've been born that way. That's who i am. But what we learn from hostage negotiation, it's always by choice. And this is why we know command and control leadership. It doesn't really motivate people because it's too much. In control, it takes away bondage and takes away choice.
