Sleep apnea is that thing that will kick you out of whatever sleep you're in and bump you up into two or one or even awake. Getting to sleep in the earlier portion of the night, where N3 sleep exists would be important. We see this a lot in middle-aged women causing low energy, fatigue, fibromyalgia - these are very common complaints. For men who have heart attacks, we have very classic symptoms of levine pressure in the chest radiating down the arm towards the neck. And so it's very important for us to get those symptoms followed up with medical treatment.
