The definition that I work with here is like, it's anytime you have two or more people who have to make a decision together. And that is everything. It's just most of your interaction with other people,. deciding what movie to see with a friend is a negotiation. resolving a difficulty with a coworker is a negotiations. Any interaction you have with any client and work with any supplier are all negotiations.
In this episode, we sit down with negotiation expert Misha Glouberman who explains how to talk to people about things -- that is, how to avoid the pitfalls associated with debate when two or more people attempt to come to an agreement that will be mutually beneficial.
