Once you hire more sales, it goes really fast, hiring and having people on board and it gets really hectic, really fast. And if you don't take the time to find a great sales ops person who can help you execute on this, it becomes tough,. You know, when you're seven or eight salespeople. But yeah, as soon as we hired reps, I saw the need to have some framing.
