Just holding a deep squat for instance is just one example of some of the limitations that most modern people face today they would have problem hip hinging which is also a fundamental movement patterns. So when people have those two issues to begin with how are they going to be able to jump and land properly efficiently and safely? There's no way it's gonna be, there's gonna be challenging so working on the fundamental movements is essential.
