The idea is that you eat a different kind of seed blend at different phase of your menstrual cycle. So there's something in that blend that is designed to give your body what it's deficient in during that phase. Your levels go up and down according to your cycle, which is one thing that makes people who have periods different from people who don't. Certain seeds happen to be high in exactly those vitamins and minerals.
