How to Be a Successful Fat Loss Phaser
A good fat loss phase needs to be paced out in a way so that there's still a good educational component to it. So for a beginner, if you've never had at least a handful of successful fat loss phases, we are not mini cutting. It's very different to train with enough food versus not training with enough. If we're crash dieting, there's just isn't enough time to learn.
