The Benefits of Running Outside

I run with my mum quite often and that's lush. So you have noticed it benefits you in lockdown just being able to go outside massively. I remember at the very start of lockdown feeling so overwhelmed and anxious by everything that was happening to the world, but going on this beautiful run put things into perspective. Even for a walk you don't have to be running. It just does so much good for you. A study said people that work or spend most of their time in nature and outdoors are less likely to be depressed than people that are working in big cities and indoors.
