How to Build Trust in a Relationship?

I think it's very tough to build the trust. If you have to do it and trust has been lost, but you still have to complete a commercial transaction or something like that, I would go in and suck it up. The end of the day, the deal is what the documents say the deal is. Neither of us is going to adjust. We're trading these five elements and we're just making an economic trade. You want to avoid as many of those as you can, but you will run into some of them. There's sometimes really selfless work, but it's almost always in the long run really rewarding.
