The Art of Structuring a Deal

I'm always looking at a deal and figuring out what would be a creative way to get this deal done rather than you know maybe I should be more strict on why this is not a good deal. It depends on your desperation level and it also depends on your ambition when you're risk-qualityYeah I think everything relates back to risk  and that's why I carry with the structuring because I'm always kind of trying to balance those two things probably to an extent that it's overkill. We have 50 different businesses and we're doing we'll say call it 51 million in Ibiza with with 650 sorry Sorry 51 businesses with oddly 51 in Ibiza or by the time we close
