I walk about 20 kilometers every day in New York because I'm walking everywhere. It's actually easier for me to walk or take one of the city bikes than to get in a cab or on a train. And so I've been like spending a lot more time on the treadmill at the gym, just walking. You're creating a base and to create that base, we have to do what we call cardiac remodeling. That is when you're just building the cardiac muscles, you're building your heart to be able to pump out the blood necessary to keep you going.
