The Effective Reps Model Wasn't Real

There are studies that show short respiratory sources long and implications for the effective reps model. Only two hypertrophy studies that have actually measured short rests versus long rests and they both found the same result, which is all. So, if you're recovered not dealing with fatiguing factors or interfaith factors, somewhere around five reps is what you're going to be getting in terms of stimulatory reps. Once you put fatigue factor in that changes. That's one of the interesting ways that we can use the model to help me.
