i've been journalling since i was 18 years old. Sometimes you write down things that you weren't actually consciously thinking about. And so you're like, oh, ok, that's interesting. That's new. I also love your idea though, because it's very stoic. So i'm really intodaoism and stoicism. They're really a nice mixture of the stoic response. It's like, if there is some problem that you cannot take action to solve, put it out of your mind. You want to spend your time working on problems that you can actually solve, or do you want to spending your time worrying about social gesturing? The brain dump
