When Times Are Good, Nobody Has to Challenge These Things

The only time that people are going to really take a hard look at this stuff is when they feel incredible pain. It could be macroeconomic factors that put pressure on the business that force you to make decisions about where you're going to make investments. I've had to take a lot of hard look at a lot of things in my business over the past year. This year sucked for me as a CEO. But I'm going to come out of it next year, refocused,. whole different strategy, great team behind me and ready to go and do what we need to do.
