Do You Have a Bias Type?

i think it's not just self awareness. I notice most of these types lack ampathy. They don't understand how their behaviour is landing on the other person. You have an example from your own lorking f life alof the bias type? Well, i have a real inadvertent example, which actually didn't make it into the book,. But but isi something that a, you know, something that actually made a big impression on me in my work life.
