People who went into the sonna two or three times per week were 27 % less likely to die of a cardio vascular vent than people that went in just once a week. The benefits were even greater for people that did it four to seven times per week. So these are really impressive and, frankly, encouraging studies. Certainly they caught my eye and encouraged me to start using deliberate heat exposure on a regular basis.
