Why Exercise Is So Beneficial for Mental Health

How we think and feel emerges from the brain, which is a biological structure. And so it is one hundredent connected to biology, and they can't be dissociated. One reason why exercise is so beneficial for mental health is because you are able to sort of mind fully connect in with the body. But if you don't have that re connect with the breath or with the body, then the mind just sort of takes its own course and starts no spinning. That's like the phenomenon of phenomenon of migdala.
