There's another framework that's called the seven levels of conversation and it kind of unpacks how over time you go a little deeper into different topics. Vision of self is like one of the deepest topics there. One of them I've heard it said is phrased as give people the gift of going second, meaning if you want somebody to share something about what's going on inside of them, share something that's been going inside of you first.
