The Importance of Resilience

The old 90s cartoon was fantastic. It was sandy. There was words of wisdom in every episode. And it's just nice to see those words of wisdom come back. Also, I think that was the first cartoon show to ever break the fourth wall. Really? Yep. So they had a scene where Splinter said he was going to defeat them and one of the turtles looks and goes, you're not going to beat us. Of course we're going to win. The whole point of this was to say that one of the things that we're able to do with reframing is develop our resilience.
