The Benefits of Logic in Emotion in Conflict

Kwame: It's humans are mostly emotional. And so like emotion comes in very different forms. I would rather have to deal with somebody who is overtly emotional because at least I know what I'm dealing with. But if somebody is really professional, then I'm kind of flying blind. So we need to become better at our emotional intelligence to recognize when we're dealing with an emotional barrier and then earn our right to persuade later on in the conversation.
