The Impossibility of Training 40 Hours a Week
Five years in a row, it was one of you two who won Kona. You were both doing that same thing of training 40 hours a week for four or five weeks. But then I've talked to some other guys on this podcast as well. Tim Reed and Tim Van Berkel do sort of 20 at most sort of 25 hours a week. In your opinion, do you think that that sort of lower volume of training, it's just impossible to win Kona? Do you know what the modern guys are doing and how much volume they're doing?
